As a business co-founder and lead product designer, I played a central role in shaping G Force Moving from an idea into a successful, multi-location moving company. My responsibilities spanned far beyond product design — I oversaw branding, digital strategy, product development, UX/UI design, business management, leadership, and marketing.
I led the design and development of the company’s website and custom CMS platform. This included strategic planning, user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity mockups, and close collaboration with developers and SEO specialists. The website features interactive maps, detailed service descriptions, a streamlined lead generation form, and local landing pages optimized for search.
This project challenged me to merge business strategy with product thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Today, G Force Moving serves over 10 cities in Ontario, with customer ratings averaging 4.7 across platforms.
Starting during the COVID-19 pandemic, G Force Moving was built from scratch by two immigrants from Ukraine with a vision to create a scalable service-based business in Canada. We began as a three-person team, and I wore multiple hats — product designer, marketing strategist, business operator, and brand manager.
